Nancy Woodbury
Nancy is originally from El Paso, Texas where she attended the University of Texas as an English major. She has 25+ years of real estate experience with over 17 of those years here in Naples at Downing-Frye Realty, Inc.
She has consistently been awarded the Top Performance Award at Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. She has repeatedly been selected as a 5-Star-Agent by readers of Gulf Shore Life Magazine.
Nancy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Naples Area Board of Realtors, and Naples MLS. When not working, she enjoys reading, listening to music, helping with animal rescue causes and working out (spinning). Nancy has been an active member of North Naples United Methodist Church for the past 20 years serving in areas such as Trustee, teaching Sunday school and as a Communion Usher.
John (Woody) Woodbury
Originally from Evanston, Illinois, John and Nancy relocated to Naples, FL in 1991. John's real estate career spans over 30 years and includes sales, management, and marketing of numerous upscale resort and golf communities including Mediterra, Pelican Landing, The Colony, and Shadow Wood at The Brooks. Most recently, John headed up the sales operation for A Ritz Carlton Residential Resort in the Turks & Caicos Island in the British West Indies.
With over $250 million in sales, John's commitment and deep understanding of the SWFL real estate market is relevant to those buyers and sellers seeking expert advice.
John's passion for golf has taken him to Scotland and Whistling Straits. He also enjoys reading, playing music and snorkeling.
John and Nancy have been married for 37 years and have two grown children; Marisa and Justin. They are also the proud parents of Vinny, a 9 yr. old Boston Terrier and grandparents to another Boston Terrier named Hubble and a Yellow Lab named Honey!
